Good size for 3-4 people staying short periods. Easy going to Narita and Haneda with a single train ride, no need to change. It’s very comfortable to stay. Close to supermarket and station. Will be back next time.
It’s hilltop. You will need to walk up hill for 1-2 minutes. It seems a little, but I felt so tired on the way back after going out the whole day. But this is trade off with the other benefits. I prefer to be back and stay here again.

Location was close to 2 subway stations, across from supermarket with washing machine
Older building with low lite entrance and not well maintained.
