Excellent stay in a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment, just 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi were a great convenience, and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommended!

The flat was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the host was very helpful.
A humble suggestion would be to provide slippers for guests.

Location was excellent
Smaller than pictured, too hot, breakfast inadequate, soiled bedding, dirty mop, dirty floor, towel hooks in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, the shower door was defective - all in all very disappointing as were were there for three nights
