The location was very good, just a few minutes from the Old Town. The hotel has good facilities and is a good base for exploring Antalya for a few days.
The staff were helpful, especially Emre, who supported us with everything we asked for, always with a smile on his face. The sauna was also very good.
I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail when it comes to the service. Some basic items were missing from our room, and we had to ask for them to be replaced or provided, such as soap, toilet paper, a blanket, and shampoo.

What can I say - it was our second stay at Mai Inci and all of our family loved it and already planning coming back! Everything from the excellent massages and outstanding service, tasty food for breakfast and very tranquil and comfortable environment of the hotel and the rooms. Special thanks to Emre, Isla and the entire team. We also loved complimentary tasty Turkish tea and coffee you can have unlimited any time of the day.

Everything was great

The location is great; the staffs are really helpful and welcoming. Breakfasts are included at the lowest rate.
The room is REALLY close to a Mosaic and it was noisy at 5:00AM.
The hot water run out during my shower in the evening, and I barely finish it with the remain water in the pipe.
Most importantly, at checkout, a staff member asked us to show our confirmation page and then asked if us could give the stay a rating of 10 as a favour. This felt inappropriate and unfair to the rating system.
