Location

Location was amazing-2 min walk from the Hyde park and close to the downtown!

Location was fantastic, just a block from Hyde Park and close to both Paddington train station and bus stops. There is an express train from Heathrow Airport directly to Paddington Station. It was a quiet street and not too noisy with windows open. The management uses the Abodes app to give instructions and for communication, which made things easy for check in and check out. The kitchen is small but fine. The TV is good and has all streaming options. There were 3 fans provided. Shower was ok but bathroom was super cramped and the mirror extended on the wall into the shower which was weird.

The place was tight. It is advertised as having 3 beds but it is one bed and two air mattresses. There is barely enough room for one air mattress and then it was difficult to maneuver around the studio. When I brought this up to management they did offer to move us but we didn't want the other location. They did say they would update the listing to be more specific. The bathroom sink barely drained and the washing machine leaked all over when draining so the drains must be backed up somewhere. I did not report this to management till the day before checkout so it was not addressed. The worst thing was the main bed. It was as hard as sleeping on a rug and it made our bodies hurt terribly. One night my husband and I slept together on the twin air mattress together just because we could not stand it one more night. I would not book it again for this reason alone.
