The hotel had attentive staff who were quick to respond to our needs. The room was clean and nice with room service always arriving on time. The hotel was nice and acceptable based on our standards and criteria.
Honestly the breakfast was not very delicious compared to the other hotels we visited in Ankara or Konya. Furthermore, the location is slightly noisy and some tourists may not enjoy that. Overall nothing terribly wrong with this hotel.

I liked everything in this hotel, the reception guys are very helpful, always smiling and you just feel the positive vibes the second you enter to this hotel. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very generous and location perfect. From now on I'll always stay in this hotel every time I visit Istanbul.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

All incredible. Nothing to point out.

The Location is amazing, great staff and a good breakfast!
Room was very dated, tape to "fix" bathroom, clearly floor need replacing, found a used razorblade in the shower from previous guests, bath towels were dirty (twice), hairs in drawers, window doors didn't close properly,

"Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo vicino a Galata Tower. Mi muovevo coi mezzi, a 5 minuti il T1 o il Galata bridge"
