All AC functions well, this is a plus given that it is really hot! Big unit and can hold a lot of guests. It was really quiet and we all love the view plus the sunset. It was amazing ♥️
A lot of cockroaches in the CR. Please make a habit to spray everyday to eliminate them.

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good size for big family. The view is amazing especially when the sun is setting. Security guards are wonderful. The owner is very easy to approach.
Little cockroach comes in through the sinks and drains. Do not turn lights off at night in bathroom’s that’s when they come out. They like it when it’s dark.

Curtains in the room has molds.
It is only the accommodation we get with the price value that high but the place is not recommended if you have a Car they will charge 500 pesos, unlike the other Staycation we can park the car without extra charges.
