The location is central to all the things one needs for a visit, grocery stores, pharmacies, good restaurants, laundry facilities and shopping. The hostess Gosia is at hand to assist you in anything that you might need.
The only thing that wasn’t to my liking was our room which was located on the top floor. 44 steps up a beautiful winding staircase. The room is like an attic room with ceiling slopes so for 2 tall people it was at first difficult to keep from hitting our heads. However we survived, the mistake was mine. I thought I was booking a different room.

What a joy it was to stay in this property and to meet the older couple who own it, who lovingly renovated it , and who faithfully maintain it.
Cedofeita is transforming, and do yourself a favour by not staying in the more touristy old town if you have the courage to. You will not be disappointed.
Modern renovations, but they definitely kept the patrimonial old charm of a building of this vintage.
Very attentive owners. Excellent communication through booking.com messaging. Loved our stay.
