We had a car so the location was good...just 20 minutes drive from the Semporna jetty. Good value for money as had working AC in every room and a washing machine (basic type) and somewhere to hang your clothes to dry. Wifi worked. Check in and out was easy. The necessary parts were clean.
The rooms are pretty small and basic with no furniture in the room apart from the bed and a clothes hanger and could use some paint or something. I didn't like the bathroom and the drain smelled at times. Cleanliness could be improved as there were too many cobwebs everywhere. No toilet paper was provided though I guess if we asked they would have given us.

Host was super friendly
The host was very thoughtful, even provided a new iron when worried the old one wasn’t good enough.

House owner is very nice and helpful.
It‘s about 9.35km away from semporna town’s 7-11 ，use grab app is ok.
the hostel don't have logo，not easy to make sure it‘s the right place，specially for the firt come people.
