Nagyon közel van a központhoz. Busszal 15 perc alatt Velence belvárosába érkeztünk. Felszerelt és hangulatos.

A fönti szomszéd minden éjszaka nagyon hangos volt, üvöltött a televízió és kopácsolt ami megnehezítette hogy kiturjuk magunkat pihenni. A konyhában a szekrények porosak, a poharak koszosak voltak.

Ruhige Lage mit viel Grün und gleichzeitig sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und bot gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Besonders positiv war die sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer.

Die Regeln in der Unterkunft waren teilweise verwirrend – zum Beispiel das Verbot, stark riechendes Essen zu kochen, ohne nähere Erklärung. Außerdem fehlte eine klare Anleitung zur Mülltrennung, da die Beschriftung der Tonnen kaum lesbar war. Hinzu kam, dass wichtige Küchenutensilien, wie beispielsweise eine Pfanne, nicht vorhanden waren.

Alina was so helpful from the moment the booking was made and gave clear instructions of how to manage check-in. She was also very responsive when it came to any follow-up questions. The accomodation itself was exactly as represented in the pictures, very homely and comfortable and equipped with everything one may need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen even had some oil, salt, tea and coffee which was so helpful! The location is also so convenient being along the bus line to the airport and on the way to Venice. There are quite a number of eateries and supermarkets within walking distance from the property as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and serene. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely book again.

This is not something the host can do much about, but the downstairs neighbours seem to be quite sensitive about sound and would knock on the ceiling even when we weren't being loud.
