Great property except no hot water
Location too far from sites

The owner is very nice. The location is quiet, with a guard shack at the entrance. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was great, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The entertainment center was good, and the wifi was fast.
Bonus for the property: The pandesal guy is cheap and good every morning.
The only caution I would give a westerner is that there is no hot water. The climate doesn't need it, and the luke warm showers were very refreshing.

The location is accessible to the Baclayon market and Church. It is also close to Tagbilaran and Panglao island. The price is reasonable, the amenities are excellent. Good wifi connection. Generous and kind hosts.
