The staff was super accommodating. The staff there knew some English so they were able to help when I had questions. The room is spacious, comes with a large tv and large bed, and is across the street from some food places if you feel too lazy to walk far. Its also a block away from a bus stop that can get you into downtown Seoul. Room was very clean and area was quiet.
This is not a thing for the hotel itself but most of Korea. I do not like the restroom set up. I dont like having the shower with the toilet and sink and there being no division so the whole floor gets wet. I am just not used to that.

The location is good near bus stop and lots of restaurants around.
The room we was provided which had smoking smell, but friendly staff switched the room for us. Bathroom was no divider/shower screen and toilet is just next to the shower so a bit inconvenient.
