The staff was super kind and helpful. The toilet in our room was too small, the balcony was covered because of renovation works and the room was noisier and colder. But otherwise great price for a great location, you'll be in the middle of Madrid within walking distance of most things.

Room was fine, bathroom was quite small and there was a sign that said we weren't allowed to flush even toilet paper? Staff was very friendly. Our window was facing the street which was very loud even into the night. Won't hold that against
