You and your family will have a memorable vacation at Sand Paradise. This home is conveniently located near the Oasis Clubhouse, in the Champions Gate Resort. Escape a long day in the parks, or even skip a day, and enjoy your vacation in this well-designed home!
This home has a big open living area, great for hosting a family dinner or watching tv. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and a 70” smart tv with cable for guests to enjoy. An oversized ceiling fan will keep guests nice and cool during the summer months. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook, and has plenty of counter space and bar seating for four. The large dining table can accommodate eight guests. There is also an additional bar with seating for two.
Guests can access the private pool with spillover spa through the dining room, or the full bathroom off of the living room. The full bathroom has a standup shower to make rinsing off easy. The back patio has plenty of seating, with a living area, a dining area for six, and four poolside lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sun. The covered space also has two ceiling fans for added comfort.
The garage game room, located off the laundry room, will keep guests busy. Guests can enjoy playing a game of pool or air hockey. There is a wall-mounted smart tv to enjoy And a ceiling fan for added comfort. *Note this garage is not equipped with separate AC.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Absolutely amazing property. We had 7 adults and 3 children in our group and it was spacious enough to easily accommodate us all. I especially loved the layout of this home and the number of full bathrooms. We did have a few issues upon arrival that took a day or so to resolve, such as the pool door alarm not working and the refrigerator/freezer taking nearly 24 hours to cool down. You may want to bring extra bath towels, as only 7 or 8 were provided and we had 10 people. We requested more bath towels, and they were provided the next day. Be sure to read the rental contract too, because the AC is not supposed to be set below 74 and with five bedrooms upstairs, things can get a little sticky on humid nights. Three of the upstairs bedrooms do not have ceiling fans. The house itself was impressively clean. The pool area was also spotless. Some of the furniture had clear signs of wear and tear (the dresser drawers and bunk beds especially), but everything was functional. We also appreciated all of the child and baby gear provided (high chair, stroller, etc.). We cooked a lot during our stay. The pots and pans should probably be replaced, but they ultimately got the job done. If you have little ones who nap during the day, keep in mind the houses are very close together and noise was an issue on more than one occasion. Despite these very minor issues, our stay was incredible. Nothing was major enough to damper our trip and I would definitely recommend this property to others!!

We had an excellent multi-generation stay here. The house was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The grandkids enjoyed the pool. The location worked for Legoland, Crayola Experience, and Magic Kingdom trips for generations two and three. And First generation had fun golfing nearby. Management communication was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

The property was beautiful and just as the pictures...Only issues I had was with hot water downstairs when it was time to wash dishes...I had to boil water to wash them...other than that everything was great.

The house was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Excellent location and close to the clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again.
