The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private half bath, while a full hallway bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. You can’t beat the beach access! You are literally right there, steps away from the beach. The host/team was great to work with and beach service was on point. Everything is tucked back in its own little area, which is refreshing! Parking wasn’t even an issue in our F350.

We enjoyed out stay for the beginning of April 2026. We only stayed a few nights, but the property was clean and looked just as the photos and listing described. We were very happy to have all the extra towels and also the shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap was helpful for a short stay! We enjoyed being on the 1st floor because it made it very easy for me, my wife, and my two sons (age 6 & 4) to go to the beach! You couldn't see the ocean from the patio because of the sand dune, but the landscaping was nice, the weather was perfect, and you could hear the ocean nicely. Overall, it was a nice experience.

As the title implies, this property is perfect for a quick stay but otherwise lacks basic amenities such a blender. The property is also older and the furniture expresses this. There's also construction set to occur at the building, much of the "face" of the building has scaffolding & some of the building is being supported via beams & air jacks? Likely of course they wouldn't do this if it was "safe" but I can see how some folks would feel uncomfortable.
