Lighthouse by the Sea: A Breezy Escape on St. George Island

Major exterior renovations completed May 2025! Perched along the sugar white soft sands of St. George Island's East Gulf Beaches neighborhood, Lighthouse by the Sea is more than a beach house - it's a beacon for families and friends seeking a relaxing, memory filled getaway. With its distinctive lighthouse inspired turret rising into the sky, this striking coastal retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and take in the wide, unobstructed views of the Gulf from the comfort of your raised deck.

A private sand path leads directly to the white sand shoreline, where mornings begin with sunrises over the water and evenings end with your toes in the sand. Inside, the home is a cheerful blend of coastal serenity and laid back luxury, decorated in fresh tones of blue and green, accented with breezy rattan furnishings and a sprawling oversized couch, perfect for gathering after a day in the sun.

The open plan living and dining area is ideal for shared meals and memory making, while the gleaming kitchen with its stainless appliances and thoughtful touches make cooking a pleasure. Downstairs, a shaded deck with a picnic table and fish cleaning station is ready for your fresh catch.

Located in a coveted golf cart friendly neighborhood, this home welcomes pets and encourages exploration - on wheels or barefoot.

Whether you're chasing sunrises, building sandcastles or savoring seafood dinners under the stars, Lighthouse by the Sea is your place to relax, reconnect and write the kind of beach story you'll want to tell again and again.
