Hereford Motel

Room 14 at the end of the row. Didn't meet any staff. You let yourself in using a key pad and your phone number. Great to be able to park outside your door at this modern nearly renovated motel. Room was clean with comfy bed, great size bathroom and amazing ac. Didn' t find any ice for our complimentary water. If we stay again or for more than the one-night we would choose a room with a fridge. Great that we could just walk over to the restaurant for dinner. High recommend this place.

The room was fantastic! The bathroom shower was especially nice and beautiful. Ease of checkin was really good with an assigned code for opening the door lock. It is located next door to a fabulous steak house where we enjoyed dinner. We are definitely staying again.

We just spent a Fandangle weekend at the Hereford Motel. Just prior to arriving I received a message from the Motel that we had been upgraded from the Lambshead Room #12 to the Boone House. Meaghan met us when we pulled in and showed us this cute little house. It is one the Sears house kits sold many years ago. It along with the room had gone through a major renovation. The kitchen has a full refrigerator/freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave (located below the counter), and a set of cups, plates, and silverware. The bathroom has a very nice updated shower and a taller than normal toilet. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and wall-mounted television. The living room has a lamp, sofa, table & chair, and a walk-mounted television. The two televisions are identical so sometimes what you do on one remote effects both tv’s. We really enjoyed our stay here and will ask for the Boone House. Albany is not a very big town so to get anywhere takes about 5 minutes.

Very clean and comfortable. Only advice to have coffee cups and cream for coffee since machine and coffee pods were available.
