The host was exceptional at responding to our needs and doing everything within her control to help us enjoy our stay. The home is large enough to accommodate our family. We will definitely hope to return to Rockport and rent this property again.

We had a great time in nien house, The house had everything we needed and some extra stuff, HEB and Walmart are really close by. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for all of us. The day that we got there we had plan a day at the beach before check in, but we got really bad weather when we got to Rockport and Nien was really helpful and was able to accommodate us. She was always quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful overall ..

The house was amazing. Had plenty of room for the family. The host was amazing and was a question away if we needed them. Location was within everything in Rockport. We truly appreciate everything the host did to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be staying there again.

The house was in a good location and the price was right, but as soon as I tried to turn on the light in the back bedroom I was shocked. I let the property manager know and they told me the switch was taped down for that reason, but it wasn't taped down. The dishwasher didn't work and the ac needs to be updated, their is only one trashcan outside and that isn't enough for a big group. The owners asked that the trash be put into the garage (so they could dispose of it, but we were a group of 12 and that's a lot of trash to store for a full week) but that's gross and no one wants food trash in the house to bring in bugs.
The wifi is good, so that was a plus.
