Great place if you’re traveling so lower with one other person and you like a firm mattress

I recently stayed at Kay's Nest for two weeks while working in Nashville, and overall I had a very positive experience. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for my work in The Nations area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a full-size washer and dryer was a huge plus for an extended stay. The small balcony was also a nice bonus.I did experience an issue with the lock on my first morning, which unfortunately caused me to be late for work. The management team responded and sent a technician to fix it, but because they were not nearby, it took some time to resolve. Thankfully, that was the only issue I encountered during my stay. One suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, clothes, or toiletries. Also, be aware that there is a flight of stairs to access the unit. I had a heavy suitcase for my two-week stay, but I knew that in advance and was prepared for it.The location is excellent, with several great restaurants just a short two-minute walk away, including The Pharmacy for burgers and beer, as well as taco and Mediterranean options. Grocery shopping was also very convenient, with Kroger, Aldi, and Publix all nearby.Another bonus is that it's a short drive to 5 Points, which offers some fantastic bars and restaurants, as well as my favorite Pilates studio, Meliora Movement.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay at Kay's Nest again.

Great stay and a convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The shower was large and the shower head had a strong spray and there were plenty of good quality towels. . The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice that they supplied coffee, too. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location in the community was quiet. The only noise was from the other guests when they were coming and going. I would definitely recommend this host/location.

The property was very clean and nice. I would recommend.
