Getting there

Bateman’s Bay is a 4-hour drive from Sydney. Public transport is available via bus. Alternatively, direct flights (50 minutes) are available from Sydney to Moruya, where buses can take you directly to Beach Road.



NOTE 📍



Please be aware that coastal protection works will be taking place along Caseys Beach from August 2026 for approximately 12 months, which will involve heavy machinery like excavators and regular construction noise on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.



Guest Access:

You can access the complex directly from Beach Road. After entering the complex, turn right. Go up the stairs on the right, at the top turn right and the unit is the last on the left.

You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 2 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.



The Neighborhood:

Batehaven is located in one of the south coast’s most beautiful towns, Batemans Bay. Batemans Bay is a destination that offers opportunities for nature-loving travellers to explore the coastline, ocean, wildlife and to indulge in local produce and fresh seafood. Batehaven is an excellent gateway to explore the greater Batemans Bay area and the perfect spot to relax for a day trip or getaway. Not only is this area of NSW’s south coast home to beautiful beaches and natural wonders, it also boasts a large range of eateries, restaurants and shopping options to ensure you have everything you need.



Getting Around:

Public transport

There are bus stops located on Beach Road, a 2-minute walk from the property. These routes can take you to Canberra City via Batehaven’s Beach and Batemans Bay or to Moruya via Denhams Beach, Surf Beach and Broulee.



Ride sharing

There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Batemans Bay. We recommend booking a taxi in advance as there may be limited availability.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

Other things to note

- The washing machine is communal and coin-operated.

- AC is not available in the bathroom

- On-site parking for one car only. No space for boats or jet skis.

- There are no ride-sharing options in Batemans Bay and there is no train from Sydney to Batemans Bay

- This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim upto 500 AUD (T&C Applies). For more details reach out to Guest Support team post booking.
