Enjoyed our stay. Houseboat was clean, host was great, enjoyed the use of their bikes, had fun on the jet skis and everyone who works on the property was extremely nice and helpful to us. Favorite part was sitting out on the deck of the houseboat.

Fun and unique experience! Clean, easy to access and great communication. Smooth process.

Check in was super easy and the host was easy to work with. We absolutely loved the house boat, it was such a neat experience. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was even decorated well! Having coffee on the front deck was one of the best parts!

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was definitely the biggest highlight—it’s very close to the beach, the neighborhood felt safe and clean, and the house had everything we needed for a beach vacation. However, I don’t think the property was as clean as the photos and reviews suggested. We found hair that clearly belonged to previous guests, and there were stains inside some of the kitchen cabinets. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t meet our expectations. The biggest downside was the air conditioning. It has to run 24/7, can’t be turned off, and it’s very loud. It made it difficult to relax after coming back from the beach. There was also a very strong odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. If we left the door open, the smell spread into the room; if we kept it closed, it became even stronger inside. The property could also use some maintenance. There is visible water damage near the bed that appears to have been painted over rather than repaired. The bedroom closet also gets extremely hot because of the AC unit, making it difficult to use.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation because of the excellent location and beach access. However, for the price we paid, we expected a cleaner, quieter, and better-maintained property.
