Bellevue House is a heritage-listed Georgian sandstone home, built in 1840 and now immaculately restored to combine historic grandeur with luxurious comfort. The flexible floorplan spans two levels and includes four spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for groups seeking elegance and privacy in one of Tasmania’s most charming towns.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a generous living room, a double bedroom, and a beautifully appointed family bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and European-style laundry. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining space, which comfortably seats ten and showcases exposed brick, original stonework, and underfloor heating.

Upstairs, the private master suite includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious ensuite complete with a restored claw foot bath. Two further double bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, are also located upstairs. These bedrooms have the option to share the ensuite via a second door or have it locked off for privacy.

Throughout the home, you’ll find restored sash windows, ornate fireplaces, wide timber floors, and elegant Georgian detailing, all enhanced by modern touches like hydronic heating and Wi-Fi throughout.
