Welcome to this comfortable two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of St Ives, just steps away from the stunning Porthminster Beach and the town center. Accommodating up to four guests, the apartment features an en-suite double room with a bath, a further twin bedroom, and a family bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, and WC. The spacious kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and washer/dryer, along with a cozy dining area for four.
The lounge offers a perfect dining table with mesmerizing views across the bay to the golden sands of Gwithian. Guests can unwind on the comfortable sofa or curl up with a book in the snug armchair, making it an inviting spot to relax after a day of exploring. We loved the apartment and location, it had everything we needed (except a trash bag to get started), and nice to have parking. . Finding the place was a bit difficult, needs better inspections to find the place, and apartment is on 2nd floor not 1st floor, and there were 3 different wifi informations, the one on the modem itself was the correct one. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay and lived the beautiful views from the bay window.
