Only registered guests are allowed on premise. In the event Guest initiates a chargeback, Guest agrees to pay an administration fee of $500 to Owner regardless of the outcome of dispute. There are outdoor Ring security cameras around home for your added protection, please do not touch or tamper, a fine of $500 may be imposed, thanks. You may disconnect or close its lense for any interiors Ring cameras—or even face them against the wall as they are motion activated.
