The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with a pool, restaurant, golf pro shop, and tennis pro shop. Renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Renters are allowed to purchase ONE 30-day pass ONLY regardless of the length of your rental period. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve.

This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access including the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.

Home amenities include 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin upper bunk & 1 Futon (sleeps 8). Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, private heated pool, spacious outdoor patio, deeded beach access, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pet Allowed (Dogs Only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28-day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
