A proposito di questa cottage struttura in affitto
Welcome to Birds of Paradise, your colorful coastal escape just a short walk from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach!
PLEASE NOTE: This property is a TRIPLEX with three separate, private 1-bedroom/1-bath vacation rentals. Your reservation is for ONE private 1BR/1BA unit with its own entrance, living space, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are no shared indoor spaces. The pool and other outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the other two units.
YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH RETREAT
Step inside your completely private suite designed for a relaxing Florida getaway. You'll have your own living area, kitchen, comfortable bedroom and full bathroom—perfect for couples, small families or a beach getaway with friends.
WALK TO INDIAN ROCKS BEACH
Leave the car behind and head to the beach! Spend the day swimming, searching for shells or watching one of IRB's incredible Gulf Coast sunsets.
RESORT-STYLE SHARED BACKYARD
The tropical backyard is where this property really shines. Enjoy the heated pool, putting green, fire pit and outdoor gathering areas, all shared exclusively among guests of our three vacation suites.
The shared setup gives you the best of both worlds: your own completely private indoor retreat plus access to fun outdoor amenities you won't find at a typical 1-bedroom rental.
PUTT, SWIM & RELAX
Cool off in the pool, challenge someone to a round on the putting green, relax outside with a drink or gather around the fire pit after a day at the beach.
PRIVATE 1 BEDROOM / 1 BATH UNIT
Your reservation includes only this individual suite—not the entire triplex. Each of the three units has its own private entrance and completely separate indoor living space.

My wife and I had not been to the area before, so when we found this listing I was impressed. The hosts were very communicative and let us know how to check in. When we walked in we were blown away. Super clean. Just big enough for us to spread out, which we did. The grounds were well kept and the pool was amazing. The games were an added bonus! We brought our own beach gear but we didn't need to, there was everything you needed. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk with plenty of space to find a spot. Definitely a 5

We had a perfect stay! We came with our 2 year old and they have thought every extra thing you could need for bringing young kids. The pool area was so peaceful and relaxing. The shallow end was perfect for our little one to play. So convenient to beach, shops, and a quick driving north or south to more touristy areas. It was perfect for a family trip as the area was quaint and charming without the overcrowding of Clearwater and other main tourist beaches but you can drive there easily. The place was spotless and welcoming and the host was extremely responsive and communicative with any of our needs! We would highly recommend this place!
