The unit features a very well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, all the utensils needed to prepare meals, an electric toaster oven, a toaster, and a coffee station.

Laundry Area

features a laundry area with a manual sink, a mop sink, a washer-dryer combo, and a water heater with a flow rate of 12 liters per minute.

Living/Dining Room:

features a large, rustic-modern dining room that seats 10 and a spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa for 6 to 8 people, a 57-inch TV, a surround sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, DIRECT TV HD, and air conditioning.

Terrace:

Outdoor terrace facing the water with a dock for mooring boats up to 42 feet, outdoor chairs and tables, 2 sun loungers, and a gas grill with accessories.

Common Area

Features a common area with a pool, restrooms, a shower, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers.

Surroundings:

The condominium has paved roads and internal paths ideal for walking and exercising in the mornings or afternoons, cycling, or simply strolling while enjoying nature and spotting different types of birds and other species native to the region, such as iguanas.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house and its amenities, to the social area with the pool during its operating hours (6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), the outdoor terrace, the property’s dock, the tennis and soccer courts within the condominium, and boating on the internal canals—provided they follow the internal rules for this activity and whether they bring their own boat or rent one.

Guests also have the option of accessing a nearby beach adjacent to the Royal Decameron Barú Hotel (Puntilla Beach) by booking an internal boat taxi service, offered and provided by the condominium (NOT BY THE HOST), from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The trip takes between 5 and 10 minutes to reach the beach, crossing the calm, wave-free waters of Portonaito Barú Bay.

Guests also have the option to rent a private boat to pick them up at the house and take them on a tour of the Rosario Islands, which are located 30 minutes from the accommodation.

Finally, guests can also book a night tour with a stop for swimming—offered by third-party providers—to the Enchanted Bay (Cienaga de Portonaito), where they can experience the marvelous and astonishing bioluminescence of phytoplankton. (Watching as the water glows with a phosphorescent light upon contact with the body and with swimming movements.)

Per Resolution 409 of March 2022, the Colombian Ministry of Tourism requires ALL guests to complete the lodging registration card. Guests must provide the following information IMMEDIATELY UPON MAKING THE RESERVATION and submit it well in advance of their arrival in order to comply with this legal requirement.
