Checkin service - no flexibility
Didn’t warn about difficult access and difficult parking

The location was central, in a good area for history and restaurants. Lisbon is a little capital with much to see and do.
When we tried to ring Rent Experience with the number on the Homepage, nobody answered, we got another number but still nobody answered.

Central, modern, warm and inviting
The Door locking system! Strangers used a code on the door and just walked into the property while we were inside. The company changed the code and then it wouldn’t work for me, I was locked outside for 3 hours.
