Discover the contemporary charm of this beautiful duplex located in the peaceful Merville district of Lorient, close to the city center, markets, the Base, the sea, and shopping centers. Its modern, carefully chosen decor, inspired by the island world of La Désirade, invites you to relax. Fully renovated with style, the apartment combines modernity and comfort. Special attention has been paid to the origin of materials, furniture, bed linen, and utensils. This accommodation is ideal for a business trip (workspace with desk, screen, and chair), a weekend exploring the city, or a romantic getaway for two.

The north-south facing duplex is very bright. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom and bathroom, accessible by a private architectural staircase. The living room features a TV (Chromecast, Netflix), the kitchen is fully equipped ("on your island, just like at home"), and the toilet is separate. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Private parking is located at the foot of the building. A shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and a communal library are available to residents of Ilots de Merville. The overall atmosphere is that of a family guesthouse. Self check-in is possible with an access code for the entryway and a key box on the landing.
