The 'Casa Maris' apartment is a charming apartment with spectacular sea and mountain views, located on the first line of the impressive Alcúdia Beach, the most extensive and one of the most beautiful in Mallorca, with 10 km of fine white sand and turquoise waters.

Located in the emblematic Ciudad Blanca complex, a work by the famous architect Saénz de Oíza, this apartment offers not only a privileged stay by the sea, but also the experience of inhabiting a dwelling with history and architectural value.

The apartment has been decorated with inspiration from the Ibiza and Greek islands, in a palette of pure whites and intense blues that evoke freshness, calm, and Mediterranean light. Quality furniture, ceramic details, and light textiles complete a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.

The spacious terrace facing the sea is one of its greatest charms: perfect for outdoor breakfasts, reading afternoons, or sunset dinners with the sound of waves in the background.

Inside, the dining room is bright and comfortable, open to a fully equipped American kitchen. It has two carefully prepared bedrooms for rest, a modern bathroom, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, television, and more.

The environment is unbeatable: from restaurants, cafes and shops to water parks, green areas and nature routes, all within a few minutes walk.

Perfect for families, friends, or couples who want to enjoy the best Mediterranean experience in the north of Mallorca.
