The Space:
Welcome to this charming 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Auguste Bartholdi in the heart of the 15th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower room and a separate WC.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual electric radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:
- Baby cot — €50 for the stay
- High chair — €50 for the stay
- Both together — €70 for the stay
Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 15th arrondissement is a large, calm, and genuinely residential neighbourhood on the Left Bank. It’s the most populous arrondissement in Paris but retains an unhurried, village-like feel. The Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars are easily reachable on foot, as is the Seine. The neighbourhood is well served by metro, with excellent local markets, neighbourhood restaurants, and parks — making it ideal for those who want a quieter base while staying within easy reach of all the major sights.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.

The bathroom had an off putting smell. It would have been nice to have a real bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner in more than a packet. The shower needs a shelf to put things on( soap) and the floor floods. A new sponge ( instead of an old used one) and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice.. There was no garbage can for trash or trash bag to take to the cans on the first floor.

The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The neighborhood is quiet yet central, with plenty of bakeries, cafés, and shops nearby and close to two metro stations. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. Both the bed and the sofa bed were great. It had everything we needed: fridge, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, and stable Wi-Fi. The linens were fresh and clean, and the entire space felt cozy and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and well-organized. We received detailed instructions via email before our stay, which made check-in and check-out easy and stress-free with a key box system near the apartment.
