Questa casa vacanza con 3 camere e 2 bagni si trova nel cuore palpitante di Montara ed è il punto di partenza perfetto per scoprire la città. Se non hai un mezzo, potrai raggiungere in 7 minuti a piedi Spiaggia pubblica di Montara, mentre avrai a 3 minuti JV Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, se sei in macchina. Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Mettiti alla guida quando vuoi: bastano 6 minuti per arrivare a Santa Cruz Mountains o 5 per raggiungere Capistrano Road Beach.

Non ti mancherà niente qui e potrai sentirti proprio a casa tua. Perché? Ad esempio perché potrai approfittare di servizi e comfort come il Wi-Fi, una TV, riscaldamento e una comoda asciugatrice. We loved the view of the ocean, but we did find some problems with the property. The most difficult was that the light switches in the bathroom, both downstairs bedrooms and also the steep hallway to the bedroom upstairs did not work; this was dangerous at night. The house needs many updates, but overall comfortable. The bed upstairs faces away from the ocean?The property manager I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, but for the price of the property, everything should be in working order.

Our stay was amazing! The location of this house is unparalleled and honestly the photos do not do it justice. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. I will come back without a doubt.

The location is first-rate. The house is high atop a cliff looking down on the Pacific as it rolls in. It's also at the end of a dead end street, so no traffic noise (unless you count the garbage truck which comes at 5 am on Fridays).I'm not so crazy about the check-in and check-out webpage the owner uses. You can't access any check-in information until the day of your arrival. Which is a problem because there's no cell service at the location. So when we arrived, we couldn't access the internet to obtain the webpage to get the code to open the door, nor could we call the listed number because, again, no cell service. We had to go to a local sandwich shop to piggyback on their wifi to get the information. Not a deal-breaker, but pretty inconvenient. The check-in info doesn't contain much and there are no written instructions in the house. For example, we weren't able to use the TV because we couldn't figure out how to access the cable (it may be because the batteries were dead in the remote). So no live TV whatsoever.We were not aware that gardeners came to the property during the week, so I happened to look up and see a guy walking across the patio while we had the back door open for the dogs. Fortunately, no one got bitten.Wifi in the house does not extend upstairs.Check-out was easier, but again, if I can't access it until the day I leave, then I can't do anything ahead of time to prepare. A written set of instructions would be ideal.
