Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and the guest bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The bathrooms have all the essentials, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. The unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer. * I also supply the washing pods and fabric softener for your convenience.

For getting around the island the condo comes with a 4 passenger golf cart or pedal round the island on the 2 adult bikes. I also have provided everything you need for the beach, (4) beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you will also find plenty of beach towels for your stay.
*The Royal James Landing condo offers the community pool which is very well maintained and kept during the Spring through early Fall season. If you have small children this will be their favorite spot. You will find charcoal grills and picnic tables also in the pool area.

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! It’s honestly so much better than the pictures. It was pristinely clean when we arrived. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, cooking supplies, blankets, etc. It was centrally located so it was close to everything. We had everything we needed for the beach too! We did wish there was a high chair for our toddler available, but we made it work. We will be back!
