What a view! Apartment facing the sea, renovated in 2025, with an exceptional terrace. Rest assured that we have made every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Located on the seafront on the second floor with elevator, the 55m2 apartment is a few meters from the beaches and the Thalasso. Many shops are then accessible on foot (500m in the district of the Presidents) with all the necessities shops: supermarket, bakery-pastry, butcher- deli-catering, fishmonger, cheese, pharmacy, hairdresser and tobacco press.
Housing:
- Living room - Dining room - Wifi - TV
The living room is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Internet connected with fiber.
A very large terrace to enjoy the view, all outdoor furniture to relax or have your meals.
- Kitchen:
fridge freezer, oven and microwave, induction hob with hood, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher as well as complete kitchen equipment
- Rooms
The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms:
A master bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 and a dressing room
One room Cabin with a bed of 120
A third bed is available in the living room: Double sofa bed
Bed linen and towels are provided
