The house was great. Check in was super easy and the host answered our few messages almost immediately. The house was SUPER clean and had everything you could need. The freighters were amazing and my boat nerd husband was in paradise lol. He also loved the golf cart! We are looking forward to booking again

Clean and great location. Host responded quickly to all questions. She did come over to help with the washing machine. It was a little quirky. Only suggestions would be towel racks in the bathroom and a toaster in the kitchen. I would recommend this property for the cleanliness, location, and great hosts!

Property was in a convenient location to town and main roads leading out. A very nice perk was having our own small, private sandy beach on the river with a view of closely passing freighters. The large Weber grill on the riverside patio came in handy. Kitchen was well stocked and in workable order. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom with laundry and a new shower was clean and functional. Our only concern was the step up from the hallway to the bathroom floor. This would compromise handicap accessibility. Otherwise, I consider renting again in the future.

The site is exceptional with a large riverside lawn and river view of freighters going by day and night. Very cool. The interior was clean, however, on entering the house, there was an overpowering and annoying smell coming from three plug in air fresheners which lingered well after we unplugged them and which had us wondering if there was something else being masked. The interior is also an unfinished work in process, which we were somewhat cautioned about after booking, but before our arrival date, though that should be moot by next year when they are finished with the renovations. Finally, the bathroom/laundry room had the cheapest toilet paper available, a small, but easily avoidable annoyance that every guest will notice.
