Location is great. Close to the bus stop and the main Mountain view station. Love how spacious it is. Coin laundry is downstairs (looks like a communal laundry). Didn't use because it didn't look clean. Note that there is no AC (not an amenity but watch out if you book in the summer). Didn't leave enough toilet paper paper towels tissue paper for 1 week stay so we ended up going to Walmart (can take the FREE gray/red bus!). Thought the ceiling was leaking but it was the showerhead loose/leaking spraying water up. The toilet didn't flush. But those should be one off issues that the host will fix. Very responsive but I didn't go on vacay to have to notice/ deal with major amenities having issues.

Host highly communicative. Everything went as expected and as described. Too bad there is no HVAC but the fans provided took care of the temperature. Neighborhood safe and walking distance to Castro.

This convenient apartment provided all of the basics for my extended stay in the area. Minutes from Castro Street and the train, the walkable neighborhood was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
