This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

This property ended up being a good place to stay but Initially it was not. We arrived late and when we arrived to the location we did not have the blankets, towels and sheets. There is a king bed and a sofa bed. I called before booking to make sure the sofa bed was in the room and we would be able to use it because I was bringing my child. There was 1 towel and no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. When I contacted the front desk to bring some blankets, sheets and pillows they were not able to because the unit is ran privately. They did give me a phone number to contact. When I contacted them they were not able/willing to bring any blankets, sheets or towels that night because they were off work. The hotel staff were all amazing!
