This stay could not have been better. The house is incredible and the fact that you can hit Choo Choo from the backyard and the greenway within 1/4 mile made it all the more amazing. Todd is fantastic to work with before and during the stay with quick communication. We loved that there was everything we could need right at the house. We ate every meal in and had all the cooking necessities required. An air fryer would have been a nice bonus so we didn’t have to heat the oven but that would have just been a great perk. I can’t say enough great things and we are already looking at dates to book again!

We loved this home. Right off the Boo-Boo Choo-Choo drop in! Loved beig able to bike in and bike out! Almost all rooms had their own bathroom. Very comfortable and top of the line! Definitely would stay here again!!

We booked this for a guys weekend trip for Mt. Biking. The property is very nice and clean and was great for our group. The house has all the amenities you could want and comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, clean and enjoy your stay.
The location for Mt. Biking activities is excellent, you can ride out the garage and have immediate access to the slaughter pen trail system and one of the main paved connections. The short loops off the backyard are fun for all skills.
Location to downtown Bentonville is excellent as it is a short ride/walk or even shorter drive and there are lots restaurants and activities to enjoy.
I will definitely recommend this property to friends and families!
