New! - more pictures coming.
This "Old Florida" bungalow was once a farm house built in 1937 on a horse farm. The farm is gone now, but the style and feel of the house is still there. Close to everything and centrally located, this peaceful property is ideal for people looking for a relaxing home away from home.
Enjoy the brand new appliances, new paint, roof and furniture. Sit in the 325 sq ft porch watching a 55inch TV, listening to the 4ft tall fountain surrounded by lush plants.
The space:
The house is newly painted, has a new roof, new front deck, newer windows, and a remodeled porch. Also included are all new upper-scale kitchen appliances and a brand new Samsung washer and dryer combo.
All furniture is either brand new, or sourced from the antique stores in the area. The two bedrooms are medium sized and large flat screen TVs and brand new Green Tea memory foam mattresses (super comfy!)
The house has three remote controlled A/C units- one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. They can turn the house into a meat locker on the hottest day if you wish!
The living room and dining area are relatively small but very functional with a ceiling fan and another large flatscreen smart TV.
The bathroom is a full bath with a tub, and all hot water is powered by a tankless heater for long showers.

It was my husband's and myself we are in our 60s . We was supposed to leave on Saturday morning and a stayed until Tuesday because of snow in the mountains that we didn't want to drive through. Ron the host was very accommodating. I would stay at one of their places again.

We had a great time sitting on the outdoor porch watching TV and spending quality time with each other. House had all the amenities that we needed. Will definitely stay again

Check in process was super easy, but upon arrival we found plenty of dead bugs in the window seals, on the floor and on the corner of the wall in one of the bedrooms..basic areas where a quick dusting or a better job vacuuming would have got the job done. We communicated this to the host and offered to send the several pictures I took and was quickly turned down but nothing was offered for somebody to come back out and clean it. The yard had not been mowed as well. Other than that the house was okay (the pictures attached are very few I mostly took videos but I can not attach those)
