Situated between two beaches (Higuericas and La Torre Derribada) in a natural setting bordering the Salinas de San Pedro Natural Park. A peaceful setting featuring wooden boardwalks, a beach, dunes, and pine forests that can be explored on foot or by bike, as well as a children’s play area with attractions. A restaurant, supermarket, and pharmacy are just a few meters away.From the promenade, you can walk to the beaches of Mar Menor, Torre de la Horadada, Mil Palmeras, or Campoamor. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. The villa features a spacious lot with a beautiful promenade, ideal for barbecuing or relaxing on the terrace while gazing at the sea. It features a spacious living room and master bedroom offering incredible views of the sea and the “ amancer.Se.” The villa consists of four bedrooms, a kitchen, three bathrooms, a terrace, a backyard, a solarium, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. Close to cities such as Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, and Torrevieja.

The house surpassed my expectations. Beaches to die for, right on your doorstep. Very dog friendly location. My host, Antonio was very helpful and gave me recommendations on where to eat and visit. A couple of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, along with a supermarket that sold fresh bread and pastries. Torre de la Horadada was about half an hour walk away along the promenade or beach. Lovely square with more bars and restaurants. It was quiet in Feb/March but most restaurants were open.

The house is beautifully located with the sea right outside the living room window and the beach close by. The private roof terrace in the garage is a big plus. The house is a bit cold in winter but there is a fireplace and gas heating. All in all, a uniquely charming house with a large and nice kitchen and renovated bathroom.

Very spacious accommodation in beautiful location. Quiet area with some very local bars restaurants and shop.
Antonio very helpful and available if required.

Antonio was a very nice and helpful host! We lived in the house for almost a month and enjoyed the lovely beach walks and the magical views.
