Good for the price. Not flash. Set back from the road so it was very quiet for Seminyak. Solid location. Excellent massage just down the road (Kimberley Spa). Decent restaurants nearby. Ginger Moon was very good. The bar about 50 metres past that restaurant does 12-6pm happy hour and their cocktails were great. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. The owner is nice. The housekeepers did a good job. I’d recommend this place for those who want the pool villa experience.

would recommend for two friends or spouses, enjoyed it a lot ! Right in the middle of Seminyak so there’s a lot around and not far. Host was always in contact and was even there when we made it in late !

The mattress needs replaced, and the outdoor furniture cushion covers need washed.
