Located in Murlo, Casa Rosa a Murlo offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 60 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Enjoy a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, open from May to September depending on weather conditions. The property is on a hilltop, accessible via an unpaved road. Please drive at a steady, moderate speed, especially on the final uphill curve marked by signs, and avoid sudden acceleration to preserve the road and ensure a smooth arrival.

Casa Rosa is one of three independent apartments forming Villa Casa Alta, an exclusive historic property in the Murlo countryside. The apartments—Casa Rosa, Casa Verde, and Casa Gialla—are adjacent and share outdoor spaces and the pool, allowing you to enjoy privacy while staying close to other guests. Due to the proximity of the apartments, please keep noise to a moderate level, especially in the evenings, to ensure a pleasant stay for all.

Nearby, you can enjoy trekking along the famous Via Francigena, horseback riding, cycling (bike rental nearby), motocross, and rafting. The property offers parking. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station and storage for motorcycles and bicycles are available.

The property provides guidelines for waste separation, with further information on site. Casa Rosa a Murlo is committed to sustainability: it uses solar panels, recycles rainwater, and encourages guests to separate waste, promoting environmental respect during your stay.
