Welcome to a spacious retreat designed for making memories. This lovely 3-bedroom home has been thoughtfully redesigned to offer a blend of modern style and "at-home" coziness. Located on the doorstep of Little Italy, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's top attractions while having a quiet, stylish place to recharge.
The Space:
Step inside a thoughtfully redesigned home where comfort meets urban style. Located in the vibrant heart of Little Italy, this 3-bedroom retreat is engineered for relaxation. Whether you’re a large family or a group of friends, you’ll find plenty of room to breathe with two full bathrooms and a layout designed for flexibility.
Please keep in mind this house is close proximity to the airport flight path. You may hear some airplane noise, but rest assured you have dual pane windows and central AC to keep the noise down.
Please, we also kindly ask that you keep in mind This is an older home. It was built even before the interstate highway was built, so naturally there is going to be some wear on the home. Rest assured we keep everything clean and tidy, but if you expect new construction perfection, this listing may not be for you.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 & 2: Features plush Queen beds with premium linens.
Bedroom 3: Smart bunk bed options, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Total Capacity: Sleep 9 on real beds, with an optional air mattress to host up to 11.
This property features a fully equipped kitchen with essentials to prepare your meals. Please keep in mind. We do not stock any food items, just cooking utensils.
Enjoy our outside deck overlooking the airport and San Diego Bay. Beautiful place to enjoy your coffee and the city vibes.

Little Italy San Diego is a vibrant, walkable neighborhood known for its charming atmosphere, delicious Italian cuisine, and lively cultural scene. Explore a variety of trendy restaurants, cafes, and wine bars along India Street, or visit local boutiques and artisan shops. With a rich history, stunning architecture, and year-round events, Little Italy offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern flair ideal for food lovers, art enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a taste of authentic San Diego
Getting Around:
Use Uber/Lyft not to mention there`s all kinds of bike and scooter sharing companies where you can easily get instant access to thousands of fun zippy rides!

Like any lively city, you may hear the usual outdoor sounds of urban life—such as people enjoying the neighborhood, traffic passing by, dogs, birds, or occasional construction in the area. These are all part of a normal city atmosphere, most noticeable when windows are open, and they add to the authentic San Diego experience.
Important Rules :
After-hours noise or music could incur a fee and immediate eviction - $350 fee
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones. Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property.
Other things to keep in mind about urban living, particularly street-level urban living, is the fact that there are bugs in the city, and they may creep into the home. It’s important to keep everything shut, but ultimately that is a reality of living at street level in an urban city like San Diego. We regularly treat our properties against pest and rodents, but if you run into any issues, please let us know. We do have our team ready to lend a hand if anything comes up.

Great location. Plenty of room! We spent most of the time exploring the town so we barely noticed the airplanes above. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. This place was a steal and central to all the best sights!

All around this was a fantastic place to stay! There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room. The SD team was super helpful and accommodating - can’t recommend enough!!

Its very close to little Italy, which was nice. But it should be mentioned that you are right across the street from a fire station and the noise from the freeway and airplanes flying over might be little overwhelming.

It was a cute place, but the toaster didn’t work and the planes overhead are very loud coming into the airport, but overall it was a good place to stay for a couple days.
