This colorful, recently updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom ground level home is delightfully placed just a block and a half from the fine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
The open floor plan is so inviting with comfortable furnishings and whimsical island flair to make this a wonderful relaxing home. There is a lovely screened in porch with seating for four to enjoy a morning coffee and look out over the water. The living room as comfy couches, Wi-Fi services, and large flat-screen TV for relaxing with fellow guests. The updated galley kitchen has white appliances and more than enough counter space to prepare meals. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer and a half-bathroom with sink and toilet.
We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!
Bedroom Layout: #1 queen bed, #1 queen bed. Sleeps 4
With just a short walk to the beach, guests can find adult bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and toys to take with them to make their day at the beach enjoyable. It even has a hot and cold shower outside behind a privacy fence to rinse of the beach before coming inside.
The free island trolley/bus runs every 20 min and will take you the length of the island in both directions. Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural habitat of Anna Maria island. Whether you’re a bird watcher, shell collector, fishing enthusiast, or master gardener, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. Our sugar sand beaches are strewn with seashells and are well populated by shore birds, sea turtles and dolphins.

It was perfect for the 3 of us, the beach is a block away and so are places to eat and shop. Everything about our stay was exactly what we were looking for

Close to restaurants, souvenir shops and the beach without all the noise. The home was ready for our stay. All basic needs were available (pots, pans, dishes, etc., as well as TP, and TV sets. A little better explanation of how to use the cable set up would be helpful. Yes, we figured it out. The vertical blinds in dining and living room areas were missing several vertical pieces (some were broken and laying on the floor upon our arrival). The lanai in back was welcome, relaxing and peaceful. Overall, a nice place to wind down with easy access to all necessities. Book it!

Appreciated them accomodating our needs and responding to issues about property as it had been vacant and we needed help with getting the water heater and wifi going.
