Location was great, near shops and restaurants. Beach was very short walk across the street.

Visited for spring break with 2 teen girls. Location was perfect... it was right across the street from public access to the beach and a 5 minute walk to John's Pass. Place was clean and spacious. Amenities were good, we didn't even find the chairs, umbrellas and skim board until the last day because we didn't look in the closet. We brought our own stuff, so we weren't even thinking about it. Just know there's plenty of beach accessories to use while you stay. We would definitely rent this unit again.My girls liked Fruit Float cafe, which was just a couple of minutes walk from the condo. They loved the acai bowls and coffees. Also highly recommend a 5 minute drive to Sweet Sage for breakfast. We brought in Slyce pizza one night, which was very good and it's just a 5 min drive, right next to the nearest Publix. I would not advise Caddy's, it was expensive and mediocre.

Great view of marina. Enjoyed walking the adjacent neighborhood. Beach chairs and cart were a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to John’s Pass. Really didn’t need our car again after initial trip to the grocery store.
