We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Florence! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. The host provided plenty of helpful information about local restaurants and even included handy instructions for using the washing machine. The apartment itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from bathroom toiletries to kitchen essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, oil, and even a lovely bottle of red wine. The beds were very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient for exploring Florence. Overall, a perfect home base for our stay — highly recommended!

As you might expect in a lively city, there was a bit of noise at night from the laneway and occasionally from neighbours. Of course, that’s not the host’s fault and nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t fix. It’s just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is great - right between Palazzo Vecchio and Santa Croce. Short walks to everything in the center. Check-in/out was also very easy as it’s done via codes, so there isn’t a set checkin time.

The apartment is dark, with very little natural light (and basically none in the upstairs bedroom, which is likely a converted attic). The shower upstairs ends up making the whole bathroom wet. The shower downstairs oscillates between super hot and freezing cold water without you touching the controls…
