The room has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Small kitchen was great for making some food since restaurants on property have limited hours. Grocery isn’t too far of a drive away and they gave us a coupon which was nice. Beach is beautiful but just know it’s a bit of a walk, but they have golf carts to take you up and down the hill. Pool was nice and views are lovely. AC was great and deck was nice and large and great for bird watching.

The furnishings are nice but a little well loved and it’s kind of a tight fit in the room with it all, but it was comfortable. The resort itself is a bit older and it’s too bad the swim up bar is closed.

Beautiful condo - the views delivered, with a great pool and beach right at your fingertips too. The condo itself was quite comfortable, albeit a studio so a bit smaller than I might have expected. But overall quite nice.

My biggest complaint was the hidden add on fees. They charged for parking, a daily “resort fee” per guest, and an absurd “check in fee”, none of which had been apparent from the original listing. Plus they threatened to nickle and dime for things like not returning your wristbands or keycards and checkout. It just left an icky taste given how much we were already paying to stay here. Also would have an appreciated a slightly nicer on premise set of dining options. They basically just have a sports bar, which left a bit to be desired.

Perfect location with amazing views, facilities and proximity to all of north shore spots!
