Heat was too much I think air con is need not broken fan but I still enjoyed the stay

Amazing niche property in a great location for getting into Central london with close transport links. Owners were friendly and responded promptly when messaging.

Sofa bed in living room wasn't the best and unable to black out light with the blinds properly. No toilet roll upon arrival - luckily we brought our own, and all hand wash pumpers throughout filled with fairy washing up liquid - again not the end of the world but lacking attention to detail.

The interior design was exceptional!

Had some issues trying to access the property and parking on a weekday was a little challenging.

Location was excellent. Ten minute walk to shops and train station. Generous accommodation - plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Big bathroom with tub.

Property is in need of routine maintenance. Could've been cleaner (food stains on dining chairs, hair collected along skirting boards). Shower head needs descaling. Jets either blocked or spraying in your face/hair. The vanity tap needs tightening so it doesn't swivel as you turn it. Kitchen and powder room taps need new washers. Kettle needs descaling. Globes need replacing in one of the bathrooms and dining room lights. Master bedroom wardrobe door was jammed partially-open and could not be opened/closed. Blind to master bedroom bi-fold door broken. Drawers either stick or won't close. It was not possible to let in fresh air to the bedroom or living room unless the bi-fold doors were left open. A washing machine is listed, but isn't accessible (suspect it was behind the locked door of the room under the stairs). Soap dispensers filled with dishwashing liquid. Plastic tablecloth wasn't clean and a rip had been repaired with masking tape. No chopping board, bottle opener or tea towel (we bought the latter two items and have left them for future use). Batteries in tv remote were flat (we replaced them). Outdoor areas need attention (weeds in front garden, mop & bucket left in courtyard). Suggest instructions on how to operate the blinds, where to dispose of rubbish, how to operate the tv channels (this may be obvious to locals, but not overseas visitors), etc. We landed in the early hours of the morning after a 22 hour flight. I had booked the property for the day prior, so that we could check-in early. The agent had tried to WhatsApp me a few times whilst I was enroute. Listing said check-in instructions would be sent half an hour prior to check-in time, however nothing was received. We were stranded outside the front of the property at 7am, calling the number. Thankfully the agent replied immediately with very clear instructions and photos of how to access the property.
