An exceptional stay in Anzio! The apartment features a spacious interior, was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Having two bathrooms and a parking space on the property was incredibly convenient. The absolute highlight, however, was the wonderful, partially covered terrace with a stunning sea view 😃 The location is excellent – close to a supermarket and just 50 meters from the beach. On top of that, the host - Bruno - and his sister were very kind, communicative, and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

The property is exactly as described. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It is close to the beach, spacious, and accommodated our group perfectly. The view from the deck is amazing! (Also, there is another rental unit on the first floor, which does not have the view, but has access to a beautiful back yard). The host, Bruno, was attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in his guests having the best time. We stayed at this apartment with a toddler. Bruno baby-proofed the apartment for us before we arrived! Bruno speaks English (which is a bonus and not an expectation) and was able to give us excellent advice regarding shopping, entertainment, beaches, and restaurants in the area.

Absolutely everything was perfect.

Posizione meravigliosa, ambiente pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, host gentilissimo
