excellent location, quiet, near the laguna, on via garibaldi there are two amazing trattorias, and coop supermarket, the house is clean, well equipped, decent and comfortable bed, wi fi is good, everything is great, attention to details
not much natural light, the smell inside is a little bit old, but this is a general thing in Venice

Spacious clean comfortable
Could have better pillows in the bed plus a couple extra

Lots of room & close to avenue of restaurants & shops
Hard to get to. Owner needs to send a msg on the cheaper taxis from airport & train station & where to get off. We spent 70 eros on taxi from train station & still got lost. Owner also needs to have a Quest Book explaining how how to work a/c, trash, local restaurants & the fact that having only a washing machine, no dryer which is 9 bridges away
