The location was spot on! Close to so many things and the train.
Messages were answered quickly and it was easy to get into the apartment.
Some things need an up grade, but over all amazing and spacious, and modern.

Great location, well equipped and a very responsive host

Spacious, mainly clean, value for money in the middle of London. Very easy access via a code on the App
Windows were hard to open and close and they were dirty. I couldn't find the light switch for the kitchenette and one switch didn't turn on anything so it was probably that

The property itself was nice and the location is descent once you find it for the first time. But finding it was a bit difficult.
They require to upload documents for check in through a new site which made communication difficult. I didn’t get any response for over an hour with instructions for check in and had to wait at a near by restaurant that was also about to close. So a bit awkward.
